At AZMTH, we prioritize clarity and fairness. Our refund policy is designed to reflect the integrity of our Voice AI CRM services.
Eligibility & Criteria
Standard 14-Day Window
All new subscription plans are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of service, provided the total AI-voice synthesis usage has not exceeded 50 minutes.
Ineligible Usage
Custom voice cloning services and consumed call minutes are non-refundable once the deployment phase has initiated. Phone number purchases and setup fees are also non-refundable.
Renewal Terms
Automated renewals are non-refundable. Users must cancel 48 hours prior to the billing cycle to avoid subsequent charges.

Process.
Submission
Email support@azmth.in with the subject "Refund Request", your account email, the charge amount, and a detailed reason for the request.
Technical Audit
Our team reviews your request and usage metrics within 3–5 business days. You will be notified via email of the decision. Providing detailed context accelerates this process.
Resolution
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank reflection may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Common Questions
Can I get a partial refund for unused time?
AZMTH does not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. However, your service remains active until the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.
What if I have exceptional circumstances?
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise — medical emergencies, business closure, or force majeure events. Contact us with relevant documentation for compassionate review at support@azmth.in.
How do I resolve a billing dispute?
If unsatisfied with our decision, you may request escalation to our billing department, or contact Razorpay's dispute resolution centre. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact will result in immediate account suspension.
How long do refunds take to appear?
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 5–10 business days.
