By accessing AZMTH, you acknowledge your responsibility to maintain the structural integrity of our platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Prohibited actions include but are not limited to: circumventing security protocols, reverse engineering the proprietary architecture, or deploying automated systems that disrupt the services. You agree not to make calls that violate applicable laws, engage in spam or unsolicited communications, or use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.

You are solely responsible for all calls initiated through the platform and must ensure compliance with applicable telecommunications laws including the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCP) and all DND/DNC registry requirements.

All content, including but not limited to the platform design, architecture, and the AZMTH brand, remains the exclusive property of The Future Network LLP and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform.

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates upon account deletion, subject to our data retention obligations.

AZMTH provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, applicable law, or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.

Provisions of these Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive — including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
